HCGF Fluorine-Lined High-Temperature & Particle-Resistant Magnetic Pump

Product Detail

HCGF Leak‑proof Fluorine‑Lined High‑Temperature Magnetic Pump (abbreviated as Fluorine‑Lined Magnetic Pump) is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and achieves non‑contact torque transmission through the magnetic force of permanent magnets. When the motor drives the outer rotor (outer magnetic assembly) to rotate, magnetic lines of force pass through the isolation sleeve under the action of the magnetic field, driving the inner rotor (inner magnetic assembly) and the impeller to rotate synchronously. All flow‑passing components are made of fluoroplastics, enabling the transfer of corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and oxidants of any concentration. The isolation sleeve is made of special materials with high mechanical strength, eliminating magnetic eddy currents inherent in magnetic pumps. Since the medium is enclosed within the static isolation sleeve, the pump achieves leak‑free delivery. It is a fully enclosed, leak‑proof, pollution‑free, strong acid‑resistant, high‑efficiency and energy‑saving new leak‑proof acid‑resistant pump designed to completely solve shaft seal leakage in mechanically driven pumps. Its performance meets international standards and can replace expensive stainless steel pumps, special alloy pumps and imported chemical pumps.

Product Advantages

  1. The HCGF leak-free, fluorine-lined high-temperature magnetic pump is a new type of industrial pump independently developed and designed by our company, featuring fully enclosed structure, zero leakage, no pollution and strong acid resistance.
  2. The pump casing is made of cast iron lined with fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) by integral sintering and pressing. Flow-handling parts including inner rotor, pump cover, impeller and isolation sleeve adopt metal inserts covered with fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) via integral sintering and pressing.
  3. The pump shaft is made of CR13 material covered with fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) by integral sintering and pressing, eliminating shaft breakage problems common in conventional magnetic pumps.
  4. Fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA), known as the “king of plastics”, are highly corrosion-resistant materials capable of transferring acids, alkalis, oxidants and other corrosive media at any concentration without damage.
  5. High-performance new permanent magnets are adopted, featuring stable magnetism, high temperature resistance and no demagnetization.
  6. Shaft sleeves and sliding bearings are made of highly wear-resistant materials such as sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) and carbon fiber, equipped with lubrication grooves to effectively ensure long service life.
  7. Closed static sealing is adopted, completely eliminating medium leakage.
  8. No independent lubrication or cooling water required, reducing energy consumption.
  9. Direct-coupled back-pull design allows easy maintenance without dismantling pipelines.
  10. Horizontal installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration and noise, and extremely stable operation.
  11. Torque is transmitted by synchronous magnetic drive instead of coupling, with no physical contact or friction. It features low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping effect, reducing vibration transmission between the motor and the pump as well as cavitation vibration impacts.
