Project Background: An oilfield in Siberia, Russia, required high-pressure centrifugal pumps to execute water injection operations. The equipment was required to withstand high pressures and abrasion, and be adapted to the harsh conditions of an outdoor field environment.
Solution: We customized 12 DG-series high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pumps. Constructed from wear-resistant alloy materials, these pumps feature a head range of 300–500 meters and an operating pressure of 2.5 MPa. Additionally, they were fitted with dust-proof and anti-freeze protection mechanisms to ensure optimal performance in the region’s low-temperature and dusty outdoor environment.
Project Results: After 1.5 years of operation, the equipment has demonstrated a high-pressure stable operation rate of 99.5%. Its superior wear resistance has significantly reduced downtime for maintenance, thereby helping the oilfield boost its water injection efficiency by 30%.
