The special working cavity of the vertical screw pump enables the transportation of media containing suspended hard and soft solid particles, long fibers, multi-angled sharp high-abrasive particles, as well as gas-entrained media (liquid-solid-gas three-phase).
The particle size of solids is related to the rotor eccentricity (e) of each pump model.
The solid content is calculated by volume concentration, which can reach up to 40% (fine powder particles up to 70%).
The allowable fiber length is determined by the rotor lead of each pump model. It can efficiently convey fibrous media with a viscosity up to 1,000,000 mPa·s (cP).
This vertical screw pump features self-priming performance, capable of self-suction of liquid media through pipelines with a suction height of 6–8.5 meters.With original proprietary performance, the pump can perform stepless aeration while transporting liquid, which enables supplementation and synthesis of various process gases, sterilizing gases and other gases into the medium.Conveying by the screw pump combined with aeration realizes the co-dissolution of various components in the medium.
There is a linear relationship between the rotating speed and flow rate of the vertical screw pump. The flow rate is fixed at a constant speed.Stepless speed regulation or multi-stage speed change is optional to meet diverse working conditions.It features a flow accuracy of ±1%, and can be used as a metering pump for laboratories, dosing, batching and other scenarios.
The pressure (head) output is associated with the stator screw lead (T).The pressure difference of one lead stage is 0.6 MPa (60 m head), and the pressure of two-stage lead structure is 1.2 MPa (120 m head).
According to working condition requirements, all models can be customized into vertical, inclined, mobile trolley-mounted and other structural forms.
The pump has fewer components and a simple structure, resulting in easy disassembly and maintenance. Operators can master the operation quickly even for first-time use.
The stator is made of elastic material while the rotor is metal-made.Dry running without medium is strictly prohibited, otherwise the hydraulic components will be damaged.
