The FYL type long-shaft submerged pump is a vertical centrifugal pump. It is widely applicable to chemical, petroleum, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, papermaking, environmental protection and other industries. It is designed for transporting corrosive liquids and liquids containing a certain amount of solid particles.
Developed with mature domestic hydraulic models, the FYL submerged pump features high efficiency, energy saving and stable operation.

Features of FY Long-shaft Submerged Pump

  1. Viewed from the motor toward the pump end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
  2. Adopting a long-shaft structure, the insertion depth can reach 10 meters. The shaft connection structure is safe, reliable and easy to disassemble.
  3. The impeller is submerged in the medium during startup, enabling easy start-up without air exhaust or dry suction issues.
  4. The rotor assembly allows axial adjustment and adopts multi-point support, ensuring stable and reliable operation. It can be fitted with an extended suction pipe to increase insertion depth and make full use of self-suction head. This design shortens the rotor length, improves rigidity, extends service life and delivers high cost performance.
  5. Plain bearings are available with external cooling lubrication or self-cooling lubrication options.
  6. The discharge flange adopts a split loose flange design for easy connection.
  7. Equipped with a low-speed motor to ensure low noise, stable operation and long service life.
