The FYS corrosion-resistant submerged pump adopts a vertical structure. It is a single-stage single-suction long-shaft submerged pump independently developed by our company combining domestic and foreign advanced technologies.
This fluoroplastic submerged pump is suitable for conveying corrosive media without solid particles at a temperature range of 0℃ to 120℃. It features superior service temperature resistance and longer service life compared with similar products in the industry.
All media-wetted parts of the FYS series fluoroplastic submerged pumps are fully lined with fluoroplastic alloy. The lower protective sleeve is made of high-quality silicon carbide, featuring excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Since the pump body and impeller are partially submerged in liquid, the equipment occupies a small footprint with zero shaft seal leakage.
The FYS chemical pump must be started in the specified rotation direction and reverse operation is prohibited. During startup, the pump body shall be completely immersed in liquid, and the liquid level must be at least 180 mm above the center line of the impeller.
