The ZH temperature and corrosion resistant self-priming chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction self-priming chemical pump independently developed by our factory by integrating domestic and foreign advanced technologies of similar products.
It is suitable for conveying corrosive media with a temperature range of 0℃~220℃ and solid particles less than 3 mm in size. If the medium contains particles or fibers larger than 3 mm, our ZW non-clogging self-priming sewage pump is recommended.
According to different conveyed media, the wetted parts of the ZH pump can be made of cast iron, cast steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 316, 316L and other materials.
This chemical pump features high efficiency, stable performance, low energy consumption and low noise.

Application Scope of ZH Stainless Steel Horizontal Self-Priming Pump

  1. The ZH self-priming pump is widely used in municipal environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling and other fields.
  2. Equipped with a rocker spray nozzle, the pump can spray water into the air and disperse it into fine droplets. It serves as an ideal equipment for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea plantations.
  3. The Z series can be manufactured in stainless steel version, applicable for clean water, seawater, acid and alkaline chemical media, as well as general paste slurry. The solid content and medium viscosity can be within 30%. Multiple material options are available for different media: HT200, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr17Ni14Mo2, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti.
  4. The non-clogging sewage-type self-priming sewage pump can be perfectly matched with filter presses of all models and specifications. It is the optimal supporting pump for slurry feeding and filter pressing operations.
