This stainless steel self-priming pump is equipped with a new-type mechanical seal, featuring explosion-proof installation and zero leakage for long-term operation. It is suitable for conveying various media at temperatures from -35℃ to +120℃, including alcohol, beverages, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, gasoline, solvent oil, syrup and more.
The pump boasts a compact structure, simple operation, small size, light weight and stable performance. It requires no bottom valve and needs no priming before startup. By replacing only 3 to 4 parts, it can be adapted to transport concentrated slurry, acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids.

Application Scope of JMZ Mobile Self-priming Pump

  1. The mobile self-priming pump is widely applicable to urban environmental protection, construction, fire fighting, chemical industry, pharmaceutical production, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, equipment cooling and other fields.
  2. Equipped with a rocker-type spray nozzle, the pump can spray water into the air and disperse it into fine droplets. It serves as an ideal tool for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
  3. It is suitable for conveying clean water, seawater, acid-base chemical media and general paste slurry (solid content and viscosity of media within 30%). Different wetted materials are optional for various liquids, including HT200, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni9, 0Cr17Ni14Mo2 and 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti.
  4. This pump can be perfectly matched with filter presses of all models and specifications, and is the ideal supporting pump for slurry feeding and filter pressing.
