The multistage submerged pump is a new type of pump for oil gathering in oilfields. It features a small footprint, easy field installation and convenient operation and maintenance. This series of pumps can fully meet the current demands of oil gathering, waste oil and sewage discharge in oilfields.
The DLY multistage submerged pump is used to convey crude oil and oil-water mixed media collected from oil wells and oil stations, and is also suitable for oil pipeline applications. It can handle various types of oil and grease for oil production plants, chemical plants, refineries and other enterprises. In addition, it can also be used to transport clean water and media similar to clean water.
Characteristics of Vertical Multistage Submerged Pump
The multistage submerged pump is a vertical single-suction multistage sectional centrifugal pump. For the DLY type pump, the suction port is arranged at the lower part vertically downward, and the center of the discharge port is horizontally arranged.
This pump series features compact structure, small floor area, low noise, and the radial guide vane generates no radial force during operation, delivering stable operation and high efficiency with fewer exposed parts.
Transmission of Multistage Submerged Pump
The multistage submerged pump is driven by an outdoor vertical explosion-proof motor mounted on the motor frame via a coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Shaft Seal of Multistage Submerged Pump
The multistage submerged pump adopts a stuffing seal with shaft extension structure in the low-pressure zone, featuring safety, reliability and zero leakage.
Bearing and Balancing Device of Multistage Submerged Pump
The upper pump shaft is supported by double-row angular contact thrust ball bearings, while the lower pump shaft is supported by wear-resistant alloy plain bearings.The axial thrust of the pump is balanced by a balance drum or balance hole, and the residual axial thrust is borne by the upper bearing.The upper bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil, and the plain bearing is lubricated by the conveyed medium itself.
Material of Multistage Submerged Pump
Materials can be selected according to users’ different medium conditions: ductile iron QT600-3, stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti or cast iron HT200.
