This series of axial flow pumps features high reliability and easy maintenance. It is a circulation pump specially designed to adapt to the working conditions of evaporation circulation projects in chlor-alkali and salt production industries.
The FJX-Ⅱ series draws on mature proven technologies across the industry while incorporating proprietary design advantages. With optimized transmission design, the pump operates with low vibration and low noise, greatly improving operational reliability and balance, and significantly extending maintenance intervals and service life. It delivers superior operational reliability: maintenance cycles are more than doubled, and service life is raised by 20%. As a forced circulation pump, the FJX-Ⅱ model achieves higher efficiency and better energy conservation, helping customers cut substantial electricity costs every year.
The FJX-Ⅱ series chemical axial flow pumps are suitable for working conditions with large flow rates and low heads, especially for forced circulation processes carrying corrosive media. Typical applications include forced circulation in caustic soda and salt manufacturing. The pumps are also widely used in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, papermaking and other production industries.
FJX-Ⅱ Titanium Alloy Axial Flow Pump
(1) Cantilever rotor with front access structure. Simple structure allows convenient maintenance without dismantling the pump casing and pipelines.
(2) The impeller is matched with the suction inlet pipe. When conveying abrasive media, only the suction inlet pipe needs to be replaced, extending the service life of the pump casing. The shaft seal can adopt liquid barrier packing seal or double-face mechanical seal to ensure zero leakage and safe and stable pump operation.
(3) Multiple drive forms are optional, including direct coupling drive, belt drive and reducer drive. Horizontal, vertical and suspended mounting modes are also available. This series of pumps can meet the performance and installation requirements of various working stations.
