Chinese Centrifugal Pump Manufacturer
FSB Series Fluoroplastic Alloy Pump is designed in accordance with international standard dimensions. Its pump body adopts an integrated structure of metal and polyperfluoroethylene-propylene (F46). The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are integrally sintered and molded under computer temperature control, with metal inserts over-wrapped by fluoroplastic. The shaft seal adopts an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal; the stationary ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the rotating ring is made of PTFE-filled material.
This pump features excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for conveying highly corrosive media under severe working conditions, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents and other oxidizing agents at any concentration. It is one of the highly corrosion-resistant materials, completely eliminating leakage, dripping, seepage and overflow.
Fluoroplastic alloy pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical industry, acid production, alkali production, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, electronic components, scientific research institutions and others.

Product Features of Fluoroplastic Alloy Centrifugal Pump
The FSB series fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of pump body, impeller, cover, seals, bracket, pump shaft, coupling, clamping bolts, nuts, base plate and other components.
1. Pump body: Molded from plastic alloy with one steel flange embedded in each of the left and right connection areas. It features compact and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, high mechanical strength, non-aging property, no toxic decomposition, convenient maintenance, smooth flow passage, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. Gland: Formed by embedding one stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) insert and compression-molding with plastic alloy on the right side.
3. Impeller: Connected by a shaft sleeve structure. The metal shaft is machined from high-quality steel and then coated with fluoroplastic via high-temperature compression molding, firmly integrating the impeller with the metal shaft. This ensures the shaft root and the rear of the impeller withstand torque during rotation, with all medium-wetted parts made of plastic alloy.
4. Mechanical seal: Adopts WB2 and ST type adjustable single-end mechanical seal technology without cooling water, made of silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, graphite and other materials.
