Type FSB fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pumps are designed in accordance with international standard dimensions. The pump casing adopts a composite structure of metal and FEP (F46, Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene). The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are integrally formed by computer-controlled temperature sintering and compression molding, with metal inserts overmolded with fluoroplastic.The pump adopts an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal. The stationary seal ring is made of 99% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride, and the rotating seal ring uses PTFE-filled material, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
This pump is suitable for handling highly corrosive media under severe working conditions, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents and other oxidizing agents at any concentration. It is one of the most highly corrosion-resistant materials available.

Product Features of Fluoroplastic Alloy Centrifugal Pump

Type FSB fluoroplastic alloy pump consists of pump casing, impeller, cover, seals, bracket, pump shaft, coupling, clamping bolts, nuts, base plate and other components.
  1. Pump casing

    Both left and right connecting sections are molded with one steel flange ring embedded inside to form fluoroplastic alloy.It features compact and reasonable structure, high corrosion resistance, reliable tight sealing, stable operation, low noise, high mechanical strength, non-aging, non-toxic decomposition, convenient maintenance, smooth flow passage, high efficiency and energy saving.
  2. Gland

    One stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) insert is embedded in the right side and molded with fluoroplastic alloy.
  3. Impeller

    Connected by a shaft sleeve. The metal shaft is machined from high-quality steel and then over-molded with fluoroplastic at high temperature, firmly integrating the impeller with the metal shaft.

    This ensures the shaft root and rear part of the impeller bear the torque during rotation, with all wetted parts made of fluoroplastic alloy.

  4. Mechanical seal

    Adopts adjustable single-end mechanical seal technology of Type WB2 and ST without cooling water, made of silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, graphite and other materials.
