MC pumps are horizontal multistage centrifugal pumps with radially split and segmental structure. They are mainly used for conveying clean or slightly contaminated liquids, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids. They are generally applied in water supply equipment, thermal power plants, pipeline pressurization, refrigeration engineering and other occasions. When the pressure of the conveyed medium is high, the operating temperature of the medium and the materials used for the pump shall be considered.Flow rate ~ 1000 m³/h,Head ~ 1600 mTemperature -80 ~ +180 °C,Pressure ~ 150 bar.

  • Design Features
    The components of each size of MC type multistage centrifugal pump are designed with universal standard dimensions, which can reduce the quantity of spare parts in stock.
    Middle casing sections: The middle sections are sealed with O-rings and connected together externally by bolts.
    Suction casing and discharge casing: The suction and discharge casings are generally foot-mounted.When the temperature of the conveyed liquid t > 150 °C, pumps of size MC80 and above are center-mounted.When t > 110 °C, pumps of size MC150 and above are center-mounted.
    Positions of suction and discharge nozzles: Under normal conditions, the discharge nozzle is oriented upward, and the suction nozzle is oriented to the right (viewed from the drive end).The positions of suction and discharge nozzles can be freely rearranged, and additional discharge nozzles for other purposes can be provided on the casing.
    Hydraulic model and axial thrust balancing: Each size is equipped with two sets of different impellers / diffusers (hydraulic models), resulting in a wide high-efficiency range. Replaceable wear rings provide sealing between the impeller and the casing. Axial thrust generated by each stage impeller is balanced by a hydraulic balancing device. If a balance drum is used for axial thrust balancing, the residual axial thrust is borne by the bearings.
    Bearings and lubrication: The pump is lubricated with thin oil.
    Shaft sealing: Packing seal or mechanical seal.
    Materials: The corrosion-resistant materials supplied by Chengxun Pump Industry can fully meet the requirements of various media mentioned above. When placing an order, customers are requested to provide detailed information on the medium to be conveyed.

      • Casing is sealed with confined O-rings, so casing seals are not affected by rapid temperature changes and high pressure.
