II. Structure of Type CZ Chemical Pump
Horizontal back-pull-out design. The pump head is connected to the motor via a coupling and mounted on a base plate.It features a back-open impeller, three bearings, and externally mounted mechanical seals with a cooling system.The oil level in the bearing housing is observed through an oil sight glass. The structure is compact and rational.
Support legs are cast integrally on the pump casing, which can bear pipeline loads and transfer them directly to the foundation.This prevents the pump rotor from bending under external loads, ensuring a long service life for bearings and mechanical seals.
Maintenance is convenient without disconnecting the piping connected to the casing.Simply remove the bolts between the bracket and casing to separate them for servicing the impeller and mechanical seal.
Rotation direction: Clockwise when viewed from the motor end toward the pump.
