ZE heavy-duty petrochemical process pump is suitable for conveying clean liquids or liquids containing a small amount of particles, as well as low-temperature, high-temperature, neutral and corrosive liquids. The pump cover is equipped with cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal adopts single or double mechanical seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing liquid system.
ZA and ZE series petrochemical pumps are single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps.The casing of the ZA pump is foot-mounted, while the casing of the ZE pump is centerline-mounted.Both series are equipped with single-stage radial impellers, axial suction and radial discharge.According to operating conditions, hydraulic balancing is achieved by means of front and rear wear rings and balancing holes.Shaft sealing can be provided with packing seal, single mechanical seal or back-to-back double mechanical seal, together with cooling, flushing or seal liquid system.
Standard piping is designed in accordance with API 610.The pressure ratings of suction and discharge flanges are identical.
Rotation of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the drive motor end.
Application Range of ZE Chemical Process Pumps
This series of pumps is suitable for handling various neutral and corrosive liquids, including acids, alkalis, salts at various concentrations and temperatures, liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, etc.The operating temperature range is -80℃ ～ 450℃.The maximum working pressure is up to 2.5 MPa for ZA pumps and 5.0 MPa for ZE pumps.

Structural Description of ZE Chemical Process Pump
ZA and ZE series petrochemical pumps are designed in accordance with API 610 standard, with a nozzle size ranging from 25 to 400 mm, a flow rate up to 2600 m³/h, and a head up to 250 m.
To meet maintenance requirements in process operation, the bearing, shaft seal and impeller are integrated into a single rotor assembly, allowing for rapid disassembly and assembly, thus greatly shortening downtime for maintenance.
The impeller is single-suction radial enclosed type, equipped with impeller wear rings and casing wear rings. Replacement of only the wear rings after wear can effectively reduce maintenance and component costs.
The pump cover is structured to cool and heat the bearing housing.Two types of shaft seals are available: packing seal and mechanical seal, which can be selected by the user according to different operating conditions.
Bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil.The bearing bracket is equipped with a constant-level oiler and is available in three configurations: non-cooled, water-cooled, and fan-cooled.An elastic coupling is used between the pump and the motor, which can compensate for small axial, radial and angular misalignments.
