The IN Type Third-Generation Molten Urea Pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump.
It is designed for conveying molten urea solution in fertilizer plants, and can also be used for transporting other corrosive liquids free of suspended particles. The allowable operating temperature of the medium is -20℃ to 180℃.
The pump features horizontal axial suction and radial top discharge. A heat-insulation jacket is installed on the front side of the pump; the double-layer jacket allows steam heating at 0.59 MPa and 170℃ for thermal insulation.
Users can select different materials according to the corrosiveness of the conveyed medium. The model, flow rate and head can be customized and adjusted as required.
