The FGL type high-temperature molten salt axial flow pump is a new generation of energy-saving product developed through key technical research. It is designed in response to market demands, drawing on the experience in manufacturing vertical chemical axial flow pumps and high-temperature molten salt submersible pumps, while integrating the technical advantages of foreign counterparts in the industry. It is mainly applied in industrial processes such as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, pyromellitic dianhydride, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, melamine, refrigerants, aluminum and magnesium industries, as well as in rubber and plastics industries for conveying high-temperature, easily crystallizable liquids including sodium salts, potassium salts and alkalis.
The FGL vertical chemical axial flow pump adopts a single-stage cantilever structure, featuring a rational design, excellent cavitation resistance and high reliability. The pump is designed for a pressure of 10 bar, with a medium conveying temperature up to +120℃. It is a designated pump type for the phosphate compound fertilizer industry, suitable for conveying media containing solid particles in large-flow, low-head evaporation and circulation working conditions.

Structural Description of FGL Vertical Axial Flow Pump
Adopts a guide vane structure, providing excellent cavitation resistance and high efficiency.
Low operating speed ensures stable and reliable operation.
The impeller is matched with the impeller body. When handling abrasive materials, only the impeller and impeller body need to be replaced, thus extending the service life of the pump casing.
Various drive modes are available, including direct coupling, belt drive or reducer drive.
Material Selection for Wetted Components
Wetted parts can be made of CD4MCu, Cr30, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904L (UB‑6), Alloy 20, etc.
For flash evaporation and cooling applications in the phosphate fertilizer industry, the impeller and impeller body are made of Cr30, and the pump casing is made of CD4MCu.
