HZW‑Ⅱ Type Forced Circulation Pump

Деталь продукта

HZW Series Chemical Axial Flow Pumps are mainly used in large-flow, low-head applications, especially for forced circulation of corrosive media. Typical applications include forced circulation in caustic soda and salt production, as well as in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, paper making and other manufacturing sectors.

HZW axial flow pumps feature high reliability and easy maintenance, specially designed for evaporation and circulation processes in chlor-alkali and salt production. Drawing on proven industry technologies and integrating proprietary design advantages, HZW series pumps adopt optimized transmission design, resulting in low vibration and noise during operation. This greatly improves operational reliability and balance, significantly extending maintenance intervals and service life. The pumps boast high operational reliability, with maintenance intervals more than doubled and service life increased by 20%. HZW forced circulation pumps offer higher efficiency and greater energy savings, reducing power consumption substantially for users each year.
HZW‑Ⅱ Pulley-Driven Chemical Axial Flow Pump
(1) Cantilever rotor with front-opening structure, simple in design and convenient for maintenance without dismantling the pump casing or pipelines.
(2) The impeller is matched with the suction nozzle. When conveying abrasive media, only the suction nozzle needs to be replaced, thus prolonging the service life of the pump casing. Shaft sealing can adopt throttling packing seals or double-acting mechanical seals to ensure leak-free, safe and reliable operation.
(3) Various driving modes are available, including direct drive, belt drive and reducer drive. Installation can be horizontal, vertical or suspended, enabling the series to meet performance and installation requirements for different working conditions.
