The YW non-clogging submersible sewage pump adopts a unique single-vane or double-vane impeller structure, which greatly improves the solids passing capacity. It can efficiently deliver fibrous substances up to 5 times the pump caliber and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump caliber.
The YW submersible pump features a reasonable and compact overall structure, small size, low noise and remarkable energy-saving performance. It is easy to maintain and requires no pump house construction. The pump can operate simply by being immersed in water, which effectively reduces project costs and serves as an ideal solution for civilized factories.
The YW vertical submerged pump can be equipped with a fully automatic safety control cabinet as required, providing protection against water leakage, electric leakage, overload and overheating, and enhancing the safety and reliability of the equipment.
A float switch automatically controls the start and stop of the pump according to liquid level changes, requiring no manual supervision and ensuring extremely convenient operation.
High-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensors are installed in the seal oil chamber, and thermal sensitive elements are embedded in the stator windings to realize comprehensive protection for the pump motor.
The YW vertical submerged pump can be fitted with a double-guide rail automatic coupling installation system upon request, which greatly facilitates installation and maintenance and avoids the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
Two installation modes are available: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation system.
