The multistage submerged pump is a new-type oil gathering pump for oilfields. It features a small footprint, convenient field installation and easy operation & maintenance. This series of pumps can fully meet the current demands for oil gathering, waste oil and sewage discharge in oilfields.
The DLY multistage submerged pump is designed to transport crude oil and oil-water mixed media from oil wells and oil stations, and is also applicable to oil pipeline transportation. It is widely used in oil production plants, chemical plants, refineries and other facilities for conveying various oil products. In addition, it can handle clean water and media with similar properties to clean water.

Features of Vertical Multistage Submerged Pump
(II) The multistage submerged pump is a vertical single-suction segmented centrifugal pump. The DLY pump features a downward vertical suction inlet at the lower part and a horizontally arranged discharge port.
This pump series boasts compact size, small floor space, low noise, and stable operation. The radial diffuser eliminates radial force during operation, delivering high efficiency with fewer exposed components.
(III) Transmission StructureThe multistage submerged pump is driven by a vertical explosion-proof outdoor motor mounted on the motor bracket via a coupling. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
(IV) Shaft SealThe pump adopts packing seal with a low-pressure shaft extension structure, ensuring safe, reliable and leak-free operation.
(V) Bearing and Balance DeviceThe upper pump shaft is supported by double-row angular contact ball bearings, while the lower shaft is supported by wear-resistant alloy plain bearings.The axial force is balanced by balance drums or balance holes, and the residual axial force is borne by the upper bearings.The upper bearings are lubricated with grease or thin oil, and the plain bearings are self-lubricated by the conveyed medium.
(VI) Material OptionsVarious materials are optional according to different medium conditions:Ductile iron QT600-3, stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and cast iron HT200.
