The IMDFS series magnetic drive multistage centrifugal pump is a new high-tech, environmentally friendly and energy-saving product. Adopting modern magnetic principles and a push-pull magnetic circuit structure, the pump realizes non-contact torque transmission. It converts dynamic sealing into static sealing, achieving leak-free operation and excellent corrosion resistance.
Designed in accordance with international and domestic standards, the pump features a simple structure, easy operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Its overall technical performance is superior to similar domestic products.
The performance range of the IMDFS series covers all performance parameters of the CQD and IMD series magnetic drive multistage centrifugal pumps. It outperforms CQD and IMD pumps in terms of efficiency, cavitation resistance and other key indicators, and can fully replace the CQD and IMD models.
The IMDFS series magnetic drive multistage centrifugal pump is widely applicable to the production processes of chemical, petroleum, refining, pharmaceutical, acid-making, printing and dyeing, food and other industries. It is designed to convey clean liquids free of solid particles with a specific gravity not exceeding 1.84. Especially suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, harmful, corrosive and high-value liquid media, it serves as an ideal environmentally friendly chemical equipment.
The magnetic drive pump is mainly composed of a suction section, discharge section, impeller, guide vane, inner magnet, outer magnet, containment can and motor. The impeller and inner magnet are integrated into one piece and installed inside the sealed cavity formed by the suction section and containment can. The motor drives the outer magnet, which further drives the inner magnet to rotate the impeller. This structure replaces dynamic sealing with static sealing, enabling all flow-through parts of the pump to operate in a fully sealed and leak-free state.
It adopts a special dense magnetic-concentrated push-pull magnetic circuit coupling drive device, which features a compact structure, small size, large torque, low eddy current loss, high magnetic transmission efficiency, and stable and reliable operation.
Equipped with a unique multi-mode axial force balancing technology for magnetic drive pumps, the pump operates with nearly zero axial force at the pump end. This greatly reduces the wear rate and failure rate of sliding bearings and thrust bearings, effectively extending the service life of the pump.
Adopting innovative technologies, the impellers and guide vanes are optimally designed, and the overall structure and components of the magnetic pump adopt a modular design. Combined with exclusive production and manufacturing processes, all efficiency losses affecting the magnetic pump are minimized, enabling the magnetic pump to achieve basically the same efficiency level as mechanically sealed pumps.
