TLF Clamped Non-Metallic Desulfurization Pump is a single-stage, single-suction, clamped combined centrifugal pump developed by our company through introducing and absorbing advanced foreign technologies, combined with actual domestic application requirements. It is an ideal special-purpose equipment for power plants and various enterprises to achieve environmental protection standards in flue gas desulfurization.
All wetted components of this desulfurization pump are made of high-strength non-metallic materials with excellent wear and corrosion resistance (chloride ion resistance), integrally molded under high temperature and high pressure in one step. The outer casing is manufactured from high-quality A3 steel with excellent compression and impact resistance via investment casting. The mechanical seal is elaborately made of premium-grade pressureless sintered silicon carbide with outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. The entire seal chamber features a unique, scientific and rational structure, unparalleled among similar products, delivering excellent sealing performance with a service life generally 3 to 5 times that of equivalent products.
This pump is widely suitable for conveying acids, alkalis, salts (media containing chloride ions), strong oxidants, organic solvents and other media with temperatures below 150°C and solid content (hard or soft particles without restriction) not exceeding 40% at any concentration. It is especially ideal for flue gas desulfurization in power plants and wastewater treatment, and can replace imported products with the same functions.
