This series of axial flow pumps features high reliability and easy maintenance. It is a circulating pump specially developed to match the operating characteristics of evaporation circulation systems in chlor-alkali and salt-making processes.
Drawing on proven mature technologies in the industry and integrating proprietary design advantages, the HZW series adopts optimized transmission structures that deliver low vibration and low noise during operation. It greatly improves the running reliability and dynamic balance of axial flow pumps, significantly extending maintenance intervals and service life. The equipment boasts outstanding operational reliability: maintenance cycles are more than doubled, and service life is increased by 20%. As a forced circulation pump, the HZW series achieves higher efficiency and superior energy savings, cutting customers’ annual power consumption substantially.
Model HZW chemical axial flow pumps are designed for working conditions requiring large flow rates and low heads, particularly suitable for forced circulation processes involving corrosive media. Typical applications include forced circulation for caustic soda production and salt manufacturing. It is also widely deployed in phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, papermaking and other production industries.

Cantilever rotor with front-opening structure. Simple construction enables easy maintenance without dismounting the pump casing and pipelines.
The impeller matches the suction pipe. When handling abrasive media, only the suction pipe needs replacement, which extends the service life of the pump casing. Shaft seals can adopt liquid-blocking packing seals or double mechanical seals to guarantee zero leakage and safe, reliable operation of the pump.
Multiple drive options are available: direct coupling, belt drive and reducer drive. Horizontal, vertical and suspended mounting arrangements are also optional. This series of pumps can meet performance and installation requirements of various working stations.
