Compared with conventional axial flow pumps, the JXF type clamped axial flow pump has been greatly improved in corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, leakproofness and efficiency.
The JXF type fluorine-lined axial flow pump is a sophisticated product designed by experts and verified by years of market application. It is currently widely used in waste acid concentration in the titanium dioxide industry with excellent performance.
This pump features high efficiency and good cavitation resistance. It can remain in service for several years under harsh conditions where even titanium alloys cannot last long.
Features of Fluorine-Lined Axial Flow Pump
I. Excellent Corrosion Resistance
All wetted parts of the pump are made of high-quality PFA material, which offers strong resistance to corrosive liquids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and strong oxidants. Its superior performance becomes even more prominent with highly corrosive media. The corrosion resistance far exceeds that of high-nickel alloys, Alloy 20 and high silicon cast iron.
II. Outstanding Wear Resistance
The pump is manufactured by special baking, melting and molding processes. The fluorine lining thickness of the steel-lined composite pump body is more than 10 mm, and that of the clamped pump body exceeds 25 mm. The inner fluorine wall is specially treated, making its resistance to ferrous sulfate erosion second to none internationally.
III. Excellent High-Temperature Resistance
Thanks to its good thermal shock resistance, self-lubrication and impact resistance, key fluoroplastic components such as the impeller will not crack under impact, overcoming the fragility of ceramic pumps and high silicon cast iron pumps. With stable overall performance and smooth operation, the pump can be reliably used for a long time in harsh environments from -30℃ to 150℃ (waste acid concentration operates at 130℃, while the melting point of fluorine material is 360℃).
IV. Easy Disassembly and Maintenance
The impeller, pump cover and shaft sleeve are all made of fluorine materials, greatly reducing the pump weight. The rotor assembly can be easily removed from the pump body, allowing simple disassembly, assembly and installation. This avoids the problems of careful handling and risk of breakage during maintenance of silicon iron pumps.
In summary, this pump is an ideal and specialized choice for waste acid concentration in the titanium dioxide industry.
Structural Features of JXF Clamped Axial Flow Pump
The pump is designed for optimal flow conditions in accordance with the parameter requirements of axial flow pumps.
It adopts a back-opening pull-out structure, making disassembly and maintenance convenient. The rotor can be removed without disconnecting the piping during overhaul.
The shaft seal uses a new combined seal, suitable for conveying highly corrosive liquids containing suspended particles.
The pump passage is not easy to clog, with a large NPSH (net positive suction head). The shaft and bearings are designed for high reliability, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, low noise and long service life.
The rotation direction of the pump is indicated by an arrow on the bearing bracket.
Structure of Fluorine-Lined Axial Flow Pump
This series features a cantilever structure and horizontal installation. Pulley drive can also be adopted to adjust flow rate and head according to user requirements.
Mechanical Seal of JXF Fluorine-Lined Axial Flow Pump
The pump adopts a double mechanical seal. The stationary ring is made of SiC, and the rotating ring uses imported Hastelloy alloy. Cooling water flushing is required. Alternatively, an externally mounted single mechanical seal can be used.
Installation of JXF Clamped Axial Flow Pump
Before installation, check whether the foundation dimensions, position, surface condition and elevation meet the design requirements.
After grouting the anchor bolt holes with concrete, allow at least 48 hours for curing, then recheck the level and verticality of the pump.
The pump and motor must be installed on the same axis, with a deviation not exceeding 0.2 mm.
Proper supports shall be installed for the connecting pipelines, and the pump shall not bear the weight of the piping system.
