YZ Submerged Slurry Pump

Деталь продукта

YZ Submerged Slurry Pump features a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump structure. It is equipped with a semi-open impeller, and agitating blades are installed at the extended suction edge of the impeller.
It is mainly used for pumping thick liquid, heavy oil, oil residue, dirty liquid, mud, ash slurry, quicksand, flowing sludge in urban sewage ditches, as well as sand-containing fluid and corrosive liquid in industries such as environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas and coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, papermaking, cement plants, food factories, printing and dyeing, etc.

Structural Description of YZ Submerged Slurry Pump
The YZ type pump features a single‑stage, single‑suction, cantilever structure. The hydraulic components of the pump are connected by a bearing housing, support frame and connecting pipe, and the liquid is discharged through the outlet pipe assembly. The pump is equipped with a semi‑open impeller, with agitating blades provided at the extended inlet of the impeller vanes.
A key feature of this pump is that the pump shaft located under liquid has sufficient rigidity. No bearings are arranged between the impeller and the pump casing, and no shaft seal is adopted, allowing the pump to handle media containing high concentrations of solid particles.
The immersion length of the pump under liquid ranges from 800 mm to 2000 mm. A suction pipe can be fitted if required. The pump operates submerged in liquid without shaft sealing. Power is transmitted by a vertical motor mounted on the motor support and support frame, connected to the pump via a coupling.

Assembly Sequence of YZ Submerged Slurry Pump

  1.  Install the bearings into the bearing box and bearing housing respectively.
  2. Fit the felt rings onto bearing end covers A, C and the bearing box.
  3. Mount bearing end covers B and C onto the bearing housing and fasten with bolts.
  4. Thread the bearing box with bearings installed onto the shaft, tighten the round nut, and fasten bearing end cover A to the bearing box.
  5. Install the shaft into the bearing housing, fix with bolts, screw in the adjusting screws, mount the bearing assembly onto the support frame, and fit the water deflector ring at a proper position on the lower bearing.
  6. Fix the connecting pipe to the bearing housing, install the pump cover at the lower part of the connecting pipe, mount and tighten the impeller on the lower shaft, then install the front pump cover in sequence and fasten with bolts. Adjust the clearance between the impeller and front cover (controlled within 1–1.5 mm) using the adjusting screws on the bearing box, then secure with nuts and bolts after adjustment.
  7. Install the motor support onto the bearing housing and fasten with bolts. Fit the coupling assembly on the upper end of the shaft, fasten the motor coupling to the motor shaft end with set screws, mount the motor on the motor support, and secure with bolts and nuts.
  8. Install the asbestos gasket, discharge elbow and discharge pipe assembly in the factory outlet sequence, then fix them to the support frame.
