The ZXL series pumps are divided into ZXL‑1 type base‑free self‑priming pump and ZXL‑2 type base‑mounted self‑priming pump.
For the direct‑coupled self‑priming pump, there is no coupling between the motor and the pump head. It features a large flow capacity up to several hundred cubic meters per hour, so it is also known as a high-flow self‑priming pump. This pump delivers a moderate head and is only suitable for conveying clean water or chemical media similar to clean water.

Compact structureThese two series of self-priming pumps adopt a horizontal structure with integrated motor and pump, featuring attractive appearance and small floor area. Compared with ordinary self-priming pumps, the floor area is reduced by 30%. When equipped with an IP54 outdoor motor, the pump can be installed outdoors without a pump house.
Stable operation, low noise and high component concentricityThe motor and pump are directly coupled, simplifying the intermediate structure and improving operation stability. The impeller is precisely dynamically and statically balanced, running vibration-free with low noise. It extends the service life of bearings and improves the operating environment.
Reliable shaft seal performanceHigh-quality mechanical seal is adopted. The rotating and stationary rings are made of hard alloy, featuring wear resistance, zero leakage and long service life.

Product Application
The ZXL large-flow direct-coupled self-priming pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, industrial and mining flushing, equipment cooling and other fields.
The applicable medium temperature shall not exceed 80℃, viscosity ≤ 100 cP, and solid content up to less than 30%.
Operating Conditions
Ambient temperature ≤ 40℃, altitude ≤ 1000 m, relative humidity ≤ 95%, medium temperature ≤ 80℃; up to 200℃ is available for special requirements.
Self-priming lift shall not exceed the specified range of 5–6.5 meters, and the suction pipe length shall be ≤ 10 meters.
