Chinese Centrifugal Pump Manufacturer
The slurry pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is designed by incorporating the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, and features easy installation, disassembly and maintenance.
Structure and Performance
Pump Head: The GLZ and GLYZ (ZM) series slurry pumps feature a double-casing structure, consisting of front and rear casings, front and rear liners, impeller sleeves, and shaft sleeves. The wetted parts are made of different wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials according to the medium requirements, while the front and rear casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron. The discharge nozzle can be installed at eight different angles at 45° intervals as required, and custom angles are available upon request. The front and rear shrouds of the impeller are equipped with back vanes to reduce leakage, extending pump service life and improving efficiency.
Shaft Seal: Two types of shaft seals are available: auxiliary impeller seal and packing seal. The auxiliary impeller seal offers advantages such as no dilution of the slurry, long service life, and excellent sealing performance. The packing seal features a simple structure and easy maintenance.
Drive Assembly: The GLZ and GLYZ (ZM) series slurry pumps can be directly driven. The bearing housing and bearing body assembly have high structural strength. With a large-diameter, high-rigidity pump shaft and a short cantilever, the pump resists bending and vibration under harsh operating conditions. Heavy-duty single-row tapered roller bearings are used to withstand both axial and radial loads. The bearings are grease-lubricated. Bearing covers with built-in seals at both ends of the bearing body effectively prevent slurry ingress and grease leakage, ensuring safe bearing operation. Upon request, the bearing drive assembly can be split-type with oil lubrication to reduce shaft temperature.
Application Scope
This pump is suitable for conveying corrosive slurries containing solid particles in industrial applications. It is mainly used in coal chemical industry, desulfurization, concentrate and tailings handling in mineral processing plants, ash and slag removal in thermal power plants, coal slurry transportation in ore dressing, sand conveying in coastal and river channels, as well as other working conditions in metallurgy, electric power, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial enterprises.
