The FJX evaporation and crystallization circulation pump operates by horizontal thrust generated along the pump shaft through impeller rotation, so it is also referred to as a horizontal axial flow pump.
It is widely applied for evaporation, concentration and cooling processes in multiple industries, including membrane-process caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, lactic acid, calcium lactate, alumina, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, sugar manufacturing, molten salt treatment, papermaking and wastewater treatment. Serving as a forced circulation device, it boosts equipment production capacity and elevates the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchangers. For this reason, it is also named axial-flow evaporation crystallization circulation pump.

Working Principle of FJX Axial Flow Pump
The FJX horizontal axial flow pump conveys liquid not by centrifugal force exerted by the impeller on liquid, but by the thrust of rotating impeller blades to drive the conveyed liquid to flow along the pump shaft.
When the pump shaft is driven to rotate by the motor, the blades form a certain helical angle with the axis of the pump shaft, generating thrust (also known as lift force) on the liquid to push it out and discharge through the discharge pipe. After the liquid is pushed out, a partial vacuum forms in the vacated space. Under atmospheric pressure, external liquid is drawn into the impeller through the suction pipe. Continuous rotation of the impeller enables the pump to continuously suck in and discharge liquid.
