Compared with the traditional FY corrosion-resistant submerged pump, the FY corrosion-resistant vertical submerged pump features compact size, high efficiency, excellent energy-saving performance and reliable operation. It is suitable for conveying corrosive media containing slight solid particles and abrasives.
The normal conveying temperature of the pump ranges from 0℃ to 105℃.For working temperatures of -20℃ ~ 0℃ and 105℃ ~ 180℃, insulation jackets or cooling jackets shall be adopted, together with low-temperature or high-temperature wear-resistant guide bearings. Users shall specify such working conditions in advance.
If the conveyed medium contains a small amount of solid particles, the sliding bearings shall adopt external lubrication (external clean water or other permitted media with pressure above 0.2 MPa), which shall be indicated by the user.
The pump is designed for a rated working pressure of 1.6 MPa.

Structural Description of FY Corrosion‑Resistant Submerged Pump
The FY type pump mainly consists of the pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, flexible coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, upper and lower discharge pipes, bearing bracket, base plate and other components.
The suction inlet is arranged along the axial direction, and the discharge outlet is parallel to the axis.
Viewed from the suction inlet toward the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
The vertical motor of the FY corrosion‑resistant submerged pump is fastened to the motor base with stud bolts and directly drives the pump through a flexible coupling. The pump casing, intermediate pipe, bearing bracket and discharge pipe are integrally connected with bolts via pipe flanges and fixed on the large support plate. The whole pump unit is mounted on the container through the base plate. Except for the liquid‑contacting parts, other major components such as the motor base and bearing bracket are made of cast iron.
