The YLB leak-free special pump for filter press is a newly developed leak-free dedicated filter press pump. It draws on imported German pump technology, and is elaborately designed and successfully developed jointly by our factory’s Pump Design Institute and the Fluid Machinery Research Institute of Jiangsu University of Technology in accordance with users’ actual operating requirements.
Its rated performance parameters and overall dimensions comply with the international standard ISO 2858-1975(E). It is an upgraded replacement for enamel pumps, ceramic pumps, rubber-lined pumps, fluorine alloy pumps, F-type corrosion-resistant pumps and IH chemical centrifugal pumps.
It is suitable for conveying various corrosive liquid slurries with particles and viscosity at a temperature range of -10℃ ~ 110℃ in the filter press process flow. This product is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, starch processing, pharmaceutical, dyestuff, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, electric power, food and other industries.
The YLB filter press dedicated pump with negative pressure device is improved on the basis of introducing foreign centrifugal pump technology combined with our company’s years of manufacturing experience.The mechanical seal is equipped with a negative pressure device. When conveying liquid for a long time under the condition of continuously increasing pressure and gradually decreasing flow rate, the mechanical seal bears no working pressure, ensuring zero permanent leakage. It is an ideal equipment for building civilized factories.
The YLB low-speed dedicated pump for filter press is a low-speed large-flow passage pump specially designed for conveying slurry with large solid particles or mineral slurry containing sand and gravel.It adopts an axial inlet and radial outlet structure, which ensures that large sand and gravel particles entering the pump cavity are immediately thrown out by the open impeller. There will be no abrasion caused by particles staying inside the pump cavity, nor particle jamming between the impeller, pump cover and pump casing. It makes up for the performance shortcomings of ordinary centrifugal pumps.
Users can select the corresponding sealing structure according to different medium conditions. This pump is not only applicable to the special working conditions of filter presses, but also suitable for conveying acid and alkali solvents under various operating conditions.
