ZJE‑Ⅱ Special Pump is a special-performance slurry pump. In recent years, it has been known in the industry as a “dedicated feed pressure pump for filter presses”. The pump sucks slurry from the rear side and features simple packing seal with zero leakage. More importantly, it has a steep flow-head curve, making it highly suitable for a number of special working conditions.
The main technical parameters listed in this document are based on the pump operating at 1480 r/min. For low-pressure working conditions, the requirements can be met by properly trimming the impeller or reducing the pump speed. Alternatively, the ZJ series slurry pumps produced by our factory can be selected. The mechanical seals of ZJ pumps are also leak‑free, identical to those of the ZJE‑Ⅱ pump.
This document only provides basic dimensions for several direct‑drive configurations. If belt drive is required due to site constraints or speed adjustment needs, separate design shall be carried out according to specific data provided on site.
Common belt drive arrangements include: Tail frame type，Parallel type，Back support type.
