Центробежный насос IHF с фторопластовой футеровкой

Деталь продукта

Type HF fluorine-lined chemical pump features reasonable and advanced structure, strong corrosion resistance, reliable mechanical seal, stable operation, low noise and long service life. This pump can be used for conveying highly corrosive media of any concentration, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants and organic solvents, making it an ideal corrosion-resistant equipment.

Product Features of Fluoroplastic Chemical Pump

The pump body of the IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump adopts a metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene-propylene (F46). The impeller and pump cover are integrally sintered and molded with metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal adopts an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal; the stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, and the rotating ring is made of PTFE-filled material or silicon carbide.
The IHF type fluoroplastic chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, designed and manufactured in accordance with international dimensions and combined with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. This pump features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, no toxic decomposition, and a wide operating temperature range, with a conveying medium temperature of -85℃ to 200℃.

Applications of Fluoroplastic Centrifugal Pump

It is widely used for liquid transportation, wastewater treatment, acid addition and other process flows in industries such as chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, acid pickling, pesticides and papermaking.

Explanation of IHF Lined Fluorine Pump Model Designation
