The leak‑proof fluorine‑lined magnetic pipeline pump (abbreviated as magnetic pipeline pump) is a new type of pump that applies modern principles of magnetomechanics and achieves non‑contact torque transmission through magnetic drive using permanent magnets. When the motor drives the outer rotor (outer magnetic assembly) to rotate, magnetic lines of force pass through the containment shell and drive the inner rotor (inner magnetic assembly) and the impeller to rotate synchronously. Since the medium is enclosed within the stationary containment shell, the pump achieves leak‑free delivery of the medium.This design completely eliminates shaft seal leakage common in mechanically driven pumps, resulting in a fully sealed, leak‑proof, pollution‑free, high‑efficiency and energy‑saving industrial pump. Its performance meets international standards and can replace expensive imported chemical pumps.

Features of HCLF Fluorine-Lined Magnetic Pipeline Pump

  1. The HCLF leak-proof fluorine-lined magnetic pipeline pump is a new type of magnetic pipeline pump independently developed and designed based on the HCF series. It combines the characteristics of in-line centrifugal pumps and the advantages of magnetic drive pumps, making it a new-generation leak-free in-line centrifugal pump.
  2. The pump body, impeller and pump cover are hydraulically designed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) with modular design and precision casting. They feature wide flow passages, high efficiency, excellent NPSH performance, low radial force, precise dimensions, smooth flow channels and good interchangeability.
  3. Fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA), known as the “King of Plastics”, are highly corrosion-resistant materials capable of transferring acids, alkalis, oxidants and other corrosive media at any concentration without damage.
  4. High-performance magnets including ferrite, neodymium-iron-boron and samarium-cobalt are adopted, offering excellent magnetic properties, high temperature resistance and non-demagnetization. With a magnetic energy product of 28 MGOe, their maximum heat resistance limit is 350℃. Under conventional cooling, the operating temperature is limited to 260℃ without demagnetization, giving the magnetic material a theoretical service life of up to 20 years.
  5. Rotating rings, shaft sleeves and sliding bearings are made of highly wear-resistant and heat-resistant crystalline silicon carbide and other materials, featuring high strength, excellent wear resistance, toughness and corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump. Rolling bearings adopt imported NSK or SKF grease-lubricated maintenance-free bearings.
  6. Leak-free design: all sealing points use static closed seals. Driven by a magnetic coupling, no nitrogen sealing is required, ensuring safe, economical and efficient operation and completely eliminating medium leakage.
  7. Back pull-out design with direct connection allows convenient maintenance without dismantling the pipeline.
  8. Vertical installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration, low noise and exceptionally stable operation.
  9. Magnetic synchronous drive replaces conventional coupling drive, with no physical contact or friction. It features low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping and vibration absorption effects, reducing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and cavitation vibration of the pump on the motor.

It is widely used for conveying corrosive liquids in production processes such as petroleum, chemical industry, caustic soda production, metallurgy, rare earth, pesticides, dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions and national defense industry.

It is especially suitable for transferring flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature, strong alkaline, organic solvent and valuable liquids.
