The TZFB-III heavy self-priming metal axial chemical pump manufactured by our factory is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is suitable for transporting liquids and slurries containing suspended particles, with certain viscosity and corrosivity in technological processes.
This heavy self-priming pump is widely applied in petrochemical, rare earth smelting, power, desulfurization and dust removal, environmental protection and other industries.
Features of Heavy Self-priming Pump
No filling with liquid, no vacuum pump and no bottom valve are required for startup. The pump can realize automatic air extraction and liquid suction by itself.
The maximum self-priming height reaches 9 meters, breaking the limit of the allowable suction lift of conventional pumps.
Short self-priming time. Within the flow range of 6.3～600 m³/h, the self-priming time is only 6～50 seconds.
Equipped with a unique air suction device, which maintains an approximate vacuum state between the liquid surface and the impeller, and effectively improves pump efficiency.
During operation, even in case of water loss, the pump can automatically exhaust air through the air suction device to achieve immediate flow recovery.
Available materials: A3, HT200, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, US standard 316/316L, Japanese standard SUS304/SUS304L, Monel, Hastelloy and heat-resistant & corrosion-resistant alloys.
