The ZL series pumps are stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps independently developed by our company.The impellers of ZXL series pumps adopt either semi-open type or closed type structures.In terms of connection mode between pump and motor, there are two designs: direct-coupled type and bracket type with bearings.
All shaft seals adopt advanced cantilever mechanical seal technology from Germany.Integrating optimized structure, superior performance and streamlined appearance, all wetted parts and connecting brackets are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Therefore, the series pumps feature reliable corrosion resistance, easy operation and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption and excellent sealing performance.

Materials of ZXL Stainless Steel Corrosion-resistant Self-priming Pump

  1. Wetted parts and connecting frame: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel
  2. Mechanical seal: Stationary ring – silicon carbide (SiC); Rotating ring – furan resin impregnated graphite.
  3. Rubber components: Viton (fluororubber); Pump body: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel centrifugal pump.
  4. If the conveyed medium or service conditions are incompatible with standard materials, customized material configurations are available. For example, wetted parts can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel, and shaft seals can be fitted with PTFE, or customized stationary/rotating ring combinations.

Main Applications of ZXL Stainless Steel Corrosion-resistant Self-priming Pump

The ZXL series pumps are designed to transfer corrosive or sanitary-required liquids containing fine soft particles or fiber impurities.
Max temperature: ≤90℃ for direct-coupled type, ≤105℃ for bearing bracket type.
With excellent self-priming capability, they are widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, bleaching & dyeing, fine chemical and other industries.
