DT type desulfurization pumps are mainly used as absorption tower circulation pumps. The main wetted materials include high-chromium alloy, A49, Cr30A and other grades. In hydraulic design, structural design and casting materials, this series integrates advantages of similar domestic and foreign products with independent innovative optimizations.
It features high efficiency and energy saving, excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, stable reliable operation, long service life and easy maintenance. The pump casing of DT series desulfurization circulation pumps adopts a single-layer shell structure. The impeller is connected to the shaft via thread, and mechanical seal is adopted as shaft seal. The bearing housing is lubricated by thin oil. All wetted components including impeller, volute and back liner are manufactured with self-developed abrasion & corrosion resistant high-chromium alloy.
Application Scope of DT Desulfurization Pumps
This series of desulfurization pumps is widely applied in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other industries. It is mainly used to transport highly abrasive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles, such as concentrate and tailings in mineral processing plants, ash and slag removal in power plants, coal slime and dense medium slurry transportation in coal washing plants, and ore slurry delivery in coastal and river mining operations.
The allowable mass concentrations of the conveyed media are as follows: 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry. The chloride ion content in the slurry can reach up to 60,000 ppm, the applicable pH range of the slurry is 4–13, the slurry temperature shall not exceed 65°C, and the maximum allowable slurry mass concentration Cw is 60%.
