Features of FZB Fluoroplastic Self-priming Pump

The fluoroplastic adopted for FZB chemical pumps is specially selected for the FZB fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump manufactured by Chengxun Pump Industry. It features ultra-high corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, anti-aging performance and non-toxic decomposition.
It is capable of transporting acids, alkalis, oxidants and other corrosive media at any concentration, and is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, smelting, dyestuff, papermaking, electroplating, food and other industries.

Structural Description of FZB Fluoroplastic Self-priming Pump

The FZB self-priming pump consists of pump casing, impeller, cover, sealing parts, bracket, pump shaft, coupling, tightening bolts, nuts and base plate.
  1. Pump Casing: The connecting parts on both left and right sides are embedded with one steel flange ring respectively, integrally molded with plastic alloy.
  2. Cover: The right side is embedded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and compression-molded with fluoroplastic alloy.
  3. Impeller: Adopts shaft connection structure. The metal shaft is precision-machined from high-quality steel and externally compression-molded with plastic alloy. The impeller and connecting shaft are firmly integrated, which ensures reliable torque bearing during operation. All wetted parts are made of plastic alloy.
  4. Mechanical Seal: Adopts WB2 and ST type adjustable end face seals without cooling water. Made of silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, graphite and other high-performance materials.
