Structural Description of FZB Fluoroplastic Self-priming Pump
The FZB self-priming pump consists of pump casing, impeller, cover, sealing parts, bracket, pump shaft, coupling, tightening bolts, nuts and base plate.
- Pump Casing: The connecting parts on both left and right sides are embedded with one steel flange ring respectively, integrally molded with plastic alloy.
- Cover: The right side is embedded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and compression-molded with fluoroplastic alloy.
- Impeller: Adopts shaft connection structure. The metal shaft is precision-machined from high-quality steel and externally compression-molded with plastic alloy. The impeller and connecting shaft are firmly integrated, which ensures reliable torque bearing during operation. All wetted parts are made of plastic alloy.
- Mechanical Seal: Adopts WB2 and ST type adjustable end face seals without cooling water. Made of silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, filled PTFE, graphite and other high-performance materials.
