HJ corrosion-resistant chemical process pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal pump. Its marking, rated performance characteristics and dimensions conform to the standard GB 5662-1985, which is equivalent to ISO 2858-1975. It belongs to the same category as the widely used IH-type pumps.
Wetted parts of HJ chemical process pumps are commonly made of materials including cast iron, cast steel, 2Cr13, 0Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 40Cr, Monel, titanium (Ti), 00Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti, Hastelloy B alloy, 0Cr25Ni20, F5 series alloy, 20 alloy steel, 0Cr25Ni6Mo3Cu2Mn2Si, etc. Shaft sealing adopts mechanical seals, dynamic seals and packed gland seals, which can be optionally selected by users according to actual working conditions.
